labuyoWith the onslaught of Typhoon Labuyo, several Local Government Units (LGUs) and Colleges & Universities have issued suspension of their classes. This is to avoid students from the harms and hassles that the heavy rains and floods can bring.

Latest Update on Typhoon Labuyo

Based on the latest bulletin from PAG-ASA as of 11am this morning, Labuyo is currently in the vicinity of Baguio City. It holds the strength of maximum winds at 140kph and gustiness of 170kph. It is expected to be 360km west of Sinait, Ilocos Sur or outside of the Philippine Area of Responsibility tomorrow morning (Tuesday August 13,2013).
