PSE bounced back after 2 straight trading days in red

All PSE indices are in a good mood today as all closed higher to their previous close last Friday. PSE’s main index closed higher by 0.78% or 53.19 points. This is after it went on a 2 straight days of being down last Thursday and Friday. The PSEi closed today at 6,870.09, just 9.55 point short of beating it’s record for this year.

All other indices were also up today with Property index gaining the most at 2,753.51 higher by 1.17% or 31.72 points from Friday’s close. Holding Firms followed the most increase, 1.02% or 6309 points to close at 6,222.82. All shares index closes at 4,111.97 with its additional 25.89 points or 0.63%. Financials added 14.94 points to close at 1,612.09 while Industrial index gains 0.28% to close its trading at 10,391.07. Mining and Oil added 126.64 point at 16,156.52 and the least gainer Services index at 2,048.97 adding 2.01 points or 0.10%.

Most active stocks in today’s trading was BDO Unibank Inc. with the total value of 864,318,661.50. Advancers topped Decliners at 96-68 with 43 Unchanged. total volume traded was 1,121,729,488 with the value of 8,172,187,999
