To all museum-enthusiasts and gallery aficionados, the National Museum will be opening their doors to the public for free this October 2014. The initiative is in line with the celebration of Museum and Galleries Month.
For the whole month of October, the 10 branches of the National Museum and their flagship museums in Manila will be open to the for free. That includes the National Art Gallery (former Old Legislative Building), Museum of the Filipino People (former Old Finance Building), and National Planetarium.
The National Museum is open Tuesdays to Sundays from 10:00AM – 5:00PM and is located at Padre Burgos Drive, City of Manila, Philippines.
