No less than the Speaker of the House, Pantaleon Alvarez wants PNP Chief Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa to resign from his position. This after Dela Rosa himself admitted that the missing Korean Executive Ick-joo Jee was killed in his own headquarters, Camp Crame.

The speaker said Dela Rosa should immediately resign as PNP chief to save President Duterte from further embarrassment and to restore people’s trust in the police organization. He also added that the mere fact that the Korean who went on missing last year after being abducted in the guise of War on Drugs, was killed in the PNP’s main headquarter only means his people have no respect to his position.
“The commission of a heinous crime right in his very nose is not only an insult but a clear indication that he has lost the respect of his people.” the speaker said
He also rebuked Dela Rosa for his fanciness with the limelight after landing in numerous media guesting, lifestyle pages of newspaper and magazines and being caught singing in concerts.

Dela Rosa was hit right on his face after finding out that the abducted Korean was killed in his own backyard in Camp Crame. Dela Rosa in one of his interviews said he wanted to melt and disappear from earth after knowing what his policemen did to the Korean executive.
“I want to disappear from this world because of so much shame after what my men did,” said Dela Rosa
Malacanang has yet to issue full statement regarding the matter but the PNP Chief insists the President is very angry with what the policemen did.
